I will never be able to thank Dr. Medina, or his amazing staff, enough. To start off I have chronic migraines that I’ve been dealing with for over 13 years and never knew I was dealing with vision issues as well. At my first visit when I explained what I’ve been seeing, Dr. Medina ran more tests than I have ever had done to eliminate and get to the root of the cause. The couple eye doctors I’ve seen in the past do a simple 20/20 vision check, say I’m good and send me out. Dr. Medina listened to me and never once made me feel like my problems weren’t real (which has happened time and time again with my migraines). His front desk staff are so kind and welcoming. Every time I have called to make an appointment they have openings available right away and get me taken care of. Paige has got to be the most kind, compassionate assistant I have ever come across. When I say the entire office cares about my well being, I truly mean that. Dr.Medina takes the time to listen, understand and empathize with what I’m going through as well as offer MANY possible solutions. And as I am currently without insurance, they are able to help out a bit financially when things get very expensive. I’m so thankful for the entire staff and for finding Dr. Medina’s office. You truly will not find a better place.

I can't emphasize enough how above & beyond this place went for my unusual eyecare needs. My situation originated at a completely unrelated glasses place in another state, which totally screwed up my complex trifocal progressive prescription (admittedly difficult to get right). Susan at Medina didn’t have to take up my cause, but she did, and with total determination to get things right. To get the Rx correct, she had me have an exam with Dr. Medina, who was gruff but efficient and good-humored. Susan took me through just how badly the other place had screwed up my lenses, even demonstrating polite annoyance that they could be so unprofessional. The result is a perfect pair of beautiful glasses I depend on every day — and night, for driving — and the difference is night and day. I would recommend Medina Eye Care to anyone anywhere.

Years ago we met Dr. Medina by way of his sister and my sister. We immediately knew his expertise were unquestionably.
