I really had to take the time to thank Ms. L. Butler at the Medstar Family Choice Office in Maryland for her consistent efforts, going above and beyond to assist me in securing an appt. I moved from PG County to Washington County, Maryland. I was getting nowhere with the customer service people and fairly frustrated having to explain over and over again the problem of finding a doctor. I was defeated and had given up. I believed that the customer service people I’d spoken to didn’t seem to care enough to take action to workout the details. Ms. Butler reached out to me again and again, she took the lead coordinating and speaking with customer service until we got in touch with the right people. I couldn’t and wouldn’t have done it with her. It was refreshing and an heartfelt experience that someone was willing to listen and take action. Thank you Ms Butler for making a different. ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️

Worst medical practices and doctors! This insurance company will NEVER RESPOND OR FOLLOW-UP on anything! No matter how serious! However 2 weeks after you contact them for assistance, that you do not get! They send you a letter wanting you to review their response! At which time I once again ask for a follow-up and once again get no response! The state insurance board should investigate! Fed up being ignored!

One of the worse places ever I saw in my life because of their front desk low customer service and especially their lying as saying wait 1 mints then you will wait for 20 to 30 mints or more for scheduling an appointment, cancel or change etc, o any emergency mater. Currently I am on hold waiting for them as they told me, please on hold 1 mint to get referral and now it's almost 21 mints, unfortunately they didn't reply me back and it's not my first and its my 4th or 5th time. Even though 1 is greater for them because they deserve 0 out 10.
