Been a patient of Mega Vision for many years. Seen all the doctors on staff there, all great doctors. Front desk receptionist Michelle was very polite and friendly. Overall always a great experience. Great selection of glasses and sunglasses. Two thumbs up

I gotta give it to them, this was my best first visit anywhere! The appointment was so fast and convenient, I was shocked. The staff was thorough and didn't keep me waiting, which never happens! I usually have to plan extra time for eye appointments, but they had me out of there in record time. Even picking out glasses was easy. I'll definitely return!

I got a new pair of eyeglasses with progressive lenses, and they are of the superb quality, very thin and pure! Management was very kind and friendly which is rare. My insurance went through without any hitch, and the price was way better …

I find the service very slow with long waits. The people in the front who help you choose your glasses are very nice and helpful -- although they do tend to try to upsell you -- and Dr. Boris is good. But making an appointment and then waiting close to an hour is so frustrating that I no longer go there.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. They accepted my insurance, made it a breeze to order new prescription glasses, and generally I am very satisfied with their services. Great staff, very attentive and knowledgeable!

The doctors at Mega Vision are all very nice and knowledgeable, and I do feel confident in the care they provide. However, the wait time is extremely long and honestly frustrating. I understand that some waiting is normal, but waiting over an hour and a half is just too much. This office might work for people who have a very flexible schedule, but for anyone with a busy day, it’s really inconvenient to spend nearly two hours waiting and then only see the doctor for about 10 minutes. Unfortunately, that experience was very disappointing for me.

I'm a patient of this office for 10 years, I had an appointment and the receptionist told me that I had to pay $250 upfront to see the Dr. or else they wouldn't see me. Meanwhile, I have 2 sources of insurance coverage for eyecare that they didn't want to bill. I asked to speak to the manager and she didn't even introduce herself, she just said that it was office policy, but the law states that you must bill the insurance first, receive an explanation of benefits, and then bill the patient's balance of the deductible. I'm complaining because they didn't want to see me for my ongoing treatment of 3 months. The receptionists are very young teenage girls that have no experience with how to deal with patients. Very unprofessional office that will try to swindle and scam you, I would not recommend.

Don’t ever go there guys I’ve been trying to reach them. They pick up the phone they put you on hold. I left my phone number. Nobody ever calls me back don’t ever go. They’re terrible service.

I had an amazing experience at Mega Vision! From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming and professional. The manager, Milana was helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable and satisfied.

I was told by a Dr in that office that I may need catarac removal surgery. At the same visit they checked my eyesight and gave prescription. I was emotionally overwhelmed with the possibility of having to undergo a surgery and on my way out of the office, automaticly stopped to discuss getting new glasses. Couple of hours later, I realized that after catarac removal I will need a new prescription. The transaction was made at 3:30pm. The following day I started calling at 9am (they open later, I did not know) to cancel the transaction. I called several times and every time was told that the manager will call back in 5 minutes. Needless to say she didnt till I said to receptionist that when there is a problem they dont want to talk to me. They look friendly while selling glasses and getting paid, after that are avoiding you. They are refusing to cancel the transaction after only 3 hours from the time that I made credit card charge. They did not make glasses yet in 3 hours, no work whatsoever was done, no expenses for them. Still, they are refusing to cancel the transaction. I would certainly avoid working with them. Should you have a problem, it will be a nerve-wracking experience. You may have difficulty getting the manager answering your phone or be reasonable in resolving the issue. Their only goal is getting your money.

I had a very positive experience at Mega Vision Center. The doctor was professional, attentive, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I felt comfortable and well cared for during the entire exam. The frontdesk girls were nice and very polite. I especially want to thank Elena, the salesperson. She was absolutely wonderful! She has an excellent sense of style and truly knows which glasses suit you best. She helped me choose a frame that fits my face perfectly and feels very “me.” Elena also clearly explained the differences between the various lens options, which made the decision process easy and stress-free. Her knowledge and taste made a big difference. Overall, great service, friendly staff, and a very smooth experience. I highly recommend Mega Vision Center!

Had a great experience here. Selection of frames was remarkable and I got a great price. Also the staff was very knowledgeable and they explained exactly what made my old glasses so hard to get used to. The ones I got last week I was comfortable in right away !!!

I constantly come to this location to purchase contacts for my daughter. Milana is very helpful and even helps rebates. The doctors are great! I highly recommend Megavision for all things eye care and eye health.

To start with the positive, the eye doctors at Mega Vision Center II seem to me to be very professional and very thorough in their eye exams. Another positive is the wide selection of frames from various designer names.However, customer service by the people in front is , as many other reviews say, not very good. Service is slow The staff is very aggressive. I had a sales clerk tell me my prescription required new glasses, while the eye doctor said it only changed slightly and that I didn't need a new pair because of the change.

I went there for an eye exam and then had to pick out glasses. All the glasses that they offered that were covered by my insurance were ugly. They show me the more expensive options and I end up picking a nice frame from Versace. The frame end up being around $400 and to install my prescription, It was an extra $200. They ended up telling me that my prescription was very high and in order to thin out my lenses I need to pay an extra $150 ( high index) They said that if I didn’t do this, then my lenses would be very thick and sticking out of my frame. I paid close to $700 for the whole process, just to come home and find out that the glasses aren’t even leveled. Whoever put in my prescription did not even bother to level the frame, they sit completely crooked on my face. I went in a couple of days later to get the glasses leveled, they denied to help me and informed me that they can’t do anything without the doctor. The way the glasses sit on my face has nothing to do with the doctor, the technician could’ve simply fixed it. Additionally, I paid for a Versace brand, but received a Fendi case, it is very unprofessional to replace one brand with another. This happened two years ago and I haven’t been able to wear them since. This place doesn’t really care about the needs of the patient and just tacks on extra fees for the absolute silliest things. The Doctor Who did my exam was perfectly fine but everyone who works at the front desk are only worried about selling their frames.

An standard appointment was not required. There is a waiting room with a television, restroom and water dispenser. We were able to walk in and see a nurse for an exam and doctor for results all within two hours. There is a large selection of designer glasses being sold in the front of the store. I recommend making an appointment in advance to get seen at Mega Vision. I like the business.

Dr. Boris Kapelnik went above and beyond for my daughter. It’s wonderful to know that there are such great people in our neighborhood. The staff including but not limited to Oksana, is always wonderful in working with my family.
