Doctors are great but VERY Inattentive front desk. Had to call rocky hill branch and have them reach out to the newington office to even get a response after medication I was prescribed by newington was worsening a severe cyst on my eye and no one would answer my calls. When they finally did answer me I was basically told my eye being so swollen I could no longer open it was nothing important or urgent. Had to seek emergency medical attention from another facility since the newington front desk would not assist me in contacting either doctor.
