The staff at Rochester Family Eye Clinic make me feel comfortable and don't pressure me into any services or products I don't need/want. Dr. Melissa Downs does a wonderful job explaining each test, and she worked with me to find the right contacts. All around, it's a good fit for my family's eye care needs.

Rochester Family Eye Clinic is great! They are professional and still very friendly. I left Rochester Family Eye Clinic for a while and then found myself wanting to go back there mainly because I enjoy having my check ups with Dr. Downs.
