Appalled at the level of professionalism here. My family and I have been coming here for over 4 years and thought today would just be a routine contact I exam. I arrived With my 10-year-old to a 10:00 a.m. appointment. When I checked in the young lady at the front asked the name of the person with the appointment. I gave her my child's name. She then turned around and screamed My child's name and 10:00 a.m to what looked like a optometrist assistant sitting at a table on his computer. The man responded back very loudly, "10:20, definitely not 10 a.m." he them proceeded to laugh and continue to drink out of his oversized mug of what I consider to be confidence that he can talk to people anyway he wants. The young receptionist at the front then proceeded to hand me paperwork and said can you have a seat and start filling these papers out. I quickly decided this was not a place I wanted to continue to do business with. I stated the man's interaction was incredibly poor taste and we would be going anywhere else to find an eye exam. Mind you all of this happened in front of my 10-year-old. I'm trying to teach my son to be the kind of change in the world that we want to see. Laughing at people who may or may not have got the appointment time wrong is unacceptable. A simple, " hey could you check your appointment time? It looks like we have two differing times?" Or even a, " It looks as though we have you down at 10:00 a.m. Go ahead and have a seat. We'll be with you shortly" would have sufficed. The laughing was just over the top and disrespectful. For the love of God in the future, please do better, especially with those who have their children in tow with them.

I’ve been going to MyEyeDr in Miamisburg the last few years and have always had a good experience. Thorough and efficient exam, nice staff! Also they’re very good at talking you through your eye concerns and any options you have with your insurance, always looking to help you maximize what you can do when you replenish your contacts and/or glasses. I never feel like they’re trying to rush my out the door (like how I feel sometimes at a dcotor’s office). Highly recommend!

My wife and I have been coming to my eye doctor for many years ever since they opened here, and the experience that we always have had is always five stars. This last visit between my wife and Sarah French, they both seemed to help me decide on what frames to get and really did provide exceptional service. Our optometrist is wonderful and always very open to questions and frank answers about some things. Thank you, Sarah and all the staff for all the help that you always give us. We will see you in a year when it’s time for another pair thank goodness for our eye plan.

Sarah and Cory were great! Cory helped me to pick the best glasses for my face shape. Sarah helped me to make sure that they fit great! Highly recommend!

The staff here are absolutely fantastic! I called fourteen different places after being told last minute our usual office no longer took my insurance but this location did! They were able to get me in next day. They took so much time helping me find purple glasses & sunglasses! 100/10 recommend this location! Miss Katie & Miss Sarah were amazing and so so sweet! Dr. Martin was patient with me while going over the different lenses for my left eye and took time for my eye to adjust to it. Thank you all so much!!

I have been back 3 times and my glasses aren't right still. They never return my calls. They are still holding one pair that I paid for and won't give them to me. I paid over500$. Been over 6 months and still can't use the glasses. Stay away.

Came to pick up my glasses. So friendly, informative about how to clean my glasses, adjusted my glasses on the spot, and had me out within 3 minutes. Absolutely recommend this to all my fellow squinters.

The staff at this location is amazing! There was a notification sent in error indicating my order was ready to be picked up. The staff took the time to find the cause (that was not the fault of anyone there), and did everything within their power to make it right. Cory helped me pick out my frames and I am in LOVE with them! He also hooked me up with higher quality lenses/frames and kept the cost low. I can see better out of these glasses than I have in a very long time. I’m very pleased with this office, and their staff. Highly recommended!

Awesome staff! Cory helped me pick out the perfect frame, even encouraging me to go a little out of my comfort zone. Is this the cheapest place to get glasses? No. But, they are professionals and their customer service is truly the best I've had with vision care in years. Can't wait to get my new glasses!

Always the friendliest staff and wiling to help in any way possible. Today 3/21/25 I took 2 of my kids to have adjustments made to their glasses and they noticed mine needed adjusted as well.

Shawna and Erin were AMAZING! They explained prescriptions, Shawna helped me pick out great frames and they scheduled a last minute exam for me for less than 24hrs away. GREAT customer service! Excellent selection of glasses to choose from!!

Cory is just absolutely exceptional to work with. You can tell he loves what he does. He has all the qualities of an excellent employee and salesman. He is personable and never pushy. He is an incredible face of your company and is the reason I refer this location to everyone I know. 10 stars.

I recently visited MyEyeDr. at 3625 Rigby Rd in Miamisburg for the first time, having previously gone to their Clayton location on Main St. I must say, I had a very positive experience at this new office! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by pleasant staff who made me feel welcome. The office was clean and well-organized, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. I was seen promptly for my appointment, which I greatly appreciated. The eye exam itself was smooth and efficient, allowing me to get in and out without feeling rushed. They have a nice selection of eyeglass frames, catering to a variety of styles and preferences. Since my insurance covered certain frames completely, I was able to choose a pair that suited me well. I was informed that my glasses would take about 3 to 4 weeks to arrive, but the staff mentioned they might come back sooner—possibly within a week. It's only been a few days, so I’m still waiting to hear back, but I'm optimistic based on their service so far. One fun highlight of my visit was receiving numerous compliments on my perfume from both staff and other customers. It’s always nice to have that little extra boost of positivity! Overall, I would definitely recommend this location of MyEyeDr. to anyone in need of eye care. Their friendly staff, clean environment, and efficient service made for a great experience. I look forward to returning to pick up my glasses soon!

I went for an exam and new glasses. It's been about 6 years or so since my last exam. Dr. Sanders was very friendly, answered all of my questions, and was overall very kind. Office staff were very sweet and look forward to continuously working with them.

Everyone was very nice from the receptionist, Eye Doctor, Cory who helped me to pick out my glasses. They all went the extra mile to make me feel welcome and Cory was super personable even gave me lessons in D&D. I would definitely come back for this experience or recommend it to anyone!

I’ve been going to MyEyeDr for a few years now and every time I have gone the service has been great. Dr. Martin is amazing and he always listens and cares for his clients. Sarah the GM has definitely exceeded my expectations with my current visit and provided me with one on on assistant in helping me pick the best frames for my face and informing me on how to maximize my finances with getting two frames for the price of one. :)

I have been coming here for several years and always have a great experience. Today was no exception. Very quick, friendly, and hopeful staff who clearly enjoy their jobs! Shawna got me ready for my exam and she was great. She was very friendly, explained everything she was doing and was very upbeat. Dr. Zhou was great as always. She is super friendly and takes the time review everything with you and allow you to ask questions. Leah checked me out and was awesome! She spent several minutes researching my insurance and the best way to work out usage to get me the best pricing! Overall great group!

Coming to the eye doctor today was the best fun. Shauna and Dianna were friendly, funny and made my experience great. The doctor and everyone were so nice!
