The staff and docs at Memorial Eye Center Oak Forest are lovely! The office is clean, organized, and supports technology like Optomap for retinal imaging. I saw Dr. Chau and was very pleased with her manner and ability to explain eye health. I’ll be coming back for my routine exams and glasses.

Finesse

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted. I told them I have an appointment at 11:30 AM and they immediately knew my name. It didn’t take long for them to see me. Staff was super friendly it felt welcoming. I don’t like hospital or clinical appointments and normally I try to leave as soon as possible and get it done and over with but the atmosphere here didn’t make me feel that way. The eye doctor Kim Van Chau was great and definitely my style, very quick, in and out, got what I needed done. The whole team was great. I won’t be looking for another place to get my vision needs taken care of. The whole team did not disappoint. And they have a very good selection of glasses to choose from.

I really like that the office is close to home. The office was clean and well organized. The staff were very nice, informative, and were very knowledgeable about services and product. The treatment of the technician was awesome she was very nice and understanding. Dr. Chau was very great she listen to me and understood exactly what I needed and didn’t make me feel rushed. For me it was a 10 out of 10 experience for me . I highly recommend
