Had a great first visit to this location. The team was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. To was very thorough with my exam and gave great advice and recommendations. Thanks so much!

Communication is lacking, waited for a month to get a lenses replacement through warranty to finally get to the tipping point were I needed to raise my voice and complain on a rude manner. Minded that I called multiple times before to ask for status and I was told they were working on it. Manger finally called, warranty is not applicable, to keep things civil I just decided going somewhere else. To the owners, you're nothing without your customers, what you sell is widely available every where and your personnel simple lacks of commitment and leadership, aka SUCKS!

Two visits to Memorial Eye Center and here are my experiences:
7 years ago: I was in the lobby for 90 mins before someone saw me and by the time I was called in, I was furious and the optometrist apologized. Whatever, I was disappointed.
October 2023: They are so close to me, I figured I should give them a chance. Prior to my appointment, I asked specifically how long the appointment would be and they said 30 - 45 mins max. Lies, the dilation itself would require me to be wait in the office another 20 mins. I opted to come back and do it. They scheduled me in for December. The day before the appointment, they called to reschedule because their machine is out of service until February. They knew this was out because my husband went to them in November and he didn't get a dilation. I told them, well dilation runs medical and I met my deductible so I would like to get it done in 2023. They said, I can try to reschedule you to the office that is about 15 miles away.
I'm just done with them. Poor communication and the same logistic errors. Don't even bother with them.
