Horrible office. Do not book with them. I scheduled a medical eye exam at the suggestion of Dr Z over a month in advance. I received text, email and phone call confirmations as my appointment approached and the evening before. On my way to my appointment this am I received a text cancellation. I said surely this was a mistake. When I arrived the front desk gentleman said the Dr was on VACATION. Unacceptable and the lack of courtesy or respect for my time is ridiculous. A simple phone call prior to this morning would have sufficed so that I could readjust my workday. Surely the Dr didn’t accidentally go on vacation this morning. He attempted to reschedule but I will not go back or recommend.

This was my first time visiting this facility, and Dr. Zaibaq was fantastic! He thoroughly answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to explain what was happening. You can tell he loves his job and cares about his patients. The rest of the staff was amazing too! Everyone was very friendly and professional, and I received some great assistance picking out a new pair of glasses. I would highly recommend this place as your go-to for eye care.
