The doctors are great, the eye techs are good (Jessie is fabulous), Pat in scheduling has gone above and beyond. The surgery center staff are impeccable. However, like any healthcare institution, administration bungles the process. Due to the massive amount of patients seen in one day, people are hearses through. Sending a message or returning a phone call is impossible. You’re not an individual, plain and simple. I absolutely HATE dealing with the front staff and phone receptionist and I have to stay on top of billing. It would appear I’m paying them to perform the administration’s job.
