Inconsistent hours of operation, based on hours stated. I have been by twice and they have not been open both times.

An excellent experience! No sitting in the waiting room forever. A very pleasant and interesting staff and an excellent Doctor who took plenty of time to talk about what I do for a living, her findings and how she can help my vision with the things I do with my eyes all day every day.
I am extremely pleased!
Plus, hey, she is easy on the eyes in more than one way too! ;)

The optometrist is very kind and professional, but her receptionist, they are terrible, they treat patients very rudely, without good manners. They don't have patience, when we want to make an appointment, they don't give you time to think, they just tell you, if you want it or not. They are not flexible at all. We contribute with our money for their salary and we deserve to be treated with dignity, not with contempt as they do. What a pity.
