Worse patient service ever. My 1st visit was over 2 hour wait! After my visit I got two follow up appointments which they cancelled and rescheduled the first one 3 weeks prior saying there machine broke down. I then went to the 2nd follow up which I received a reminder txt to confirm appt. Once I arrived to the appointment they tell me it was cancelled. I explained to receptionist that my 1st appointment was cancelled not the second and she kept saying both. I played the saved voice message I still had and even showed her the txt they sent the day before for reminder and she could care less. It took me 45 minutes to get there, I had to requested 3 hours off work and had to pay for parking for them to careless and not even acknowledge that they made a mistake in not letting me know it was cancelled. This is beyond upsetting!! This freaken appt cost me a little over $100 since I took time off work plus gas and parking. And for them not to even see me!! Even after playing recording and showing txt, she then tells me, my referral hadn’t been approved . I then contacted insurance and they told me it was approved the day before. I asked an had my insurance change location. Never going here again!!! Also, when I 1st was scheduling follow up appointments, I asked receptionist for the earliest time so I don’t take a lot of time off work and she whispered that the doctor never comes on time. Goes to show how this office is managed. Incompetent doctor and staff!

The attention as a new costumer it’s ridiculous unprofessional and rude hope somebody pay attention to the front lady it’s soooo rude

The wonderful doctor who has treated me for some time recently joined this practice. He is such a phenomenal doctor I chose to follow him, but the way this practice is run is a nightmare. I recently had eye surgery, and have been having very painful symptoms for the past several days but cannot reach anyone to get an emergency appointment.
