Dr. Urzueta performed a cataract surgery on my mom. After 6 months she still couldn’t see clearly. I took her to another specialist, he informed me that her cornea was damaged. She needed a cornea transplant. Stay away from this place.

My grandma loves Dr. Khanna but the wait time is beyond ridiculous. This is not the first time she's been here early for her appointment and leaves after closing time as the last patient. My grandma is 80 years old, she lives with me and my 2 kids under 11 years old. We've been here waiting for 2 hours and she is still not done, just now getting seen. This happens at every single visit she's had and it is unacceptable due to her age alone. Once her access van was not able to pick her up again because her appointment ran so late, the office had already closed and the poor lady had to wait by herself outside in the dark for a neighbor to pick her up because I was at work. I don't know if her appointments need to be made at 830am to ensure she will be out by noon, but this is not okay.

They treat your appointment like a cattle call! If you don't mind waiting hours then this is your place! there are so many patients at one time they don't have enough seats for everyone including the elderly that need to sit. Today is my third appointment with them and each time I've waited over 3 hours. I came in for retina correction laser surgery that needed to be done ASAP. The day of my surgery doctor Khanna didn't like that I complaineda waiting so long and actually argued with me that I didn't wait that long and it's very simple and very quick procedure all he has to do is touch me for a second with the laser in he gets paid. I have no idea why he stated this! I walked out of my appointment today I will be complaining to insurance so I can get a referral to another retina specialist and we'll see if this doctor actually did what he said he did to my eye. I don't trust them as far as I can throw them and if I were you I wouldn't bother with a place that is so unprofessional their time is more valuable than yours just keep them waiting as their motto rake in the money
