The doctors are excellent! If only the phone number/ scheduling process was more straightforward. The phone number always goes to a merry-go-round of messages and it does not give confidence that your message will be answered. Mine never were. I went to their office and requested an appointment and they were very helpful. The phone number, no.

I am 73 years old and I have spent my share of time in doctors offices! I have NEVER had a more pleasant experience than at Metrolina Eye Associates. From the very first contact of scheduling an appointment to having been seen for my appointment with Dr. A and following up with scheduling surgery…. EVERYONE in this practice was not only very professional but extremely caring. Thank you so much!

The receptionists are very professional and nice. My daughter always sits in the car while I get my exams but she came in form information and the receptionist offer to call her when I came and that’s that little extras you appreciate. The assistants in your exam a very professional in assisting before seeing your doctor. My experiences has been positive for the last five years.
