The service is very personalized! I went to another “chain” in between my last and current appointments and it made the service and Metropolitan Eye Center stand out even more. They staff is personable, patient and kind. Dr. Bernthal is very patient, knowledgeable and makes you feel like you’re his only patient. I won’t make the mistake of going anywhere else again. 10/10 highly recommend!!!

We had an amazing experience from start to finish
From the original eye appointment
To our cataract surgery
Dr. Channel is the best surgeon the downtime was minimal
And now I see 20/20
I would highly recommend the entire staff at Metropolitan Eye Center for any of your eye needs

Very unprofessional and rude.
The person who answered the phone, Michelle kept interrupting my simply and polite questions and then just hung up on me.
Have been a patient for 20 years and it is very disappointing how this person handles patients and customers.
