I was going to be a new patient here in about 2 weeks maybe a little bit more. I was sent the new patient forms yesterday to fill out after I had made my appointment. Not even 24 hours have gone by when I am receiving emails from the office manager “you did not fill them out”. Super unprofessional. emailed her back and said to cancel my appointment. Will be looking for another office with more professionalism and patience. Called the office to cancel my appt for the office manager to answer and fight with me that she wasn’t unprofessional. Extremely rude.

Scheduled a procedure to get my stye drained by Dr. Park and I had a very bad experience. She was unprofessional during the process. The tools used to drain the stye were everywhere and it was not professional or comfortable. I even asked for a steroid injection but I did not receive it. During the actual procedure, she was not comforting either. On the positive note, Esan was very comforting and informative before I saw the Dr. Thanks to her for making the experience better.

I recently saw Dr. Joseph as a new patient, and am extremely impressed with her and her staff, all of whom are outstanding. Dr. Joseph listens carefully, examines thoroughly, and explains conditions and treatments clearly, and her staff could not be more thoughtful or accommodating. When it turned out I needed cataract surgery, Dr. Joseph explained all the options and procedures, turned me over to her staff for all the pricing and insurance considerations, and carved out space in her packed schedule to do all the scans and tests necessary to evaluate what procedure and lens would be best for me, and have her staff price it out for me, before my tight deadline to revise my FSA expired. I could not be more grateful.
