Wow.
The customer service here is better then Disney. I feel loved and supported on my eye journey. Dr.Abdallah is extremely knowledgeable and I did not feel rushed at all like a normal eye clinic. I recommend this eye clinic to all people in the greater North Austin area.

It's so hard to find FANTASTIC care in the medical world now days.....NOT THE CASE HERE! You are greeted with joyful staff, a beautiful reception/waiting area, comfortable seating, and a doctor that ACTUALLY cares about YOU not just your business. She also has a beautiful waiting room for children. She actually took the time and space to give kids and their care givers a beautiful waiting area that's functional and comfortable! I'm blown away by Dr. Ghada and her compassion and desire to see me well and whole. Her whole office is set up to make me feel welcome and at ease. She has a wide range of frames and styles. If I can't find something that I like she goes above and beyond to help me find the right frames. Her turn around for frames, contacts and repairs are super fast. You just have to come in and see her and her staff. You won't be disappointed....unless you like mean, dull offices.

This eye doctor is really friendly and professional! The entire office makes you feel very valued and the care is great. Very impressive
