Been going here for a while I had no problem other than they don’t like to give you your prescription on paper, assuming so you won’t go somewhere to get frames maybe. My husband would ask them for it and they wouldn’t give it until he kept bugging. Now the MAJOR problem I have is that they gave my youngest child a REALLY high prescription. I felt it in my gut this was wrong. We wanted to get the testing redone to confirm and they refused saying he had to wear them to get used to it. That there was no way the test could be wrong. We got a second opinion from a different optometrist and they told us he didn’t need to wear glasses!! So my child’s vision would have gotten messed up if I had listened to this place here! Recommend you go somewhere else to get the proper eye care you need! We went to Costco and they were sweet and honest about everything!

I had an appointment this morning. The office was full and it seems like there were other appointments at the same time. I was there over 10 minutes which is not long, however I was not even close to see the optometrist. I asked if I would be attended in the next 15 minutes and they said no. So basically the wait was going to be over 30 minutes and closer to an hour. I had to leave. So on my way home I called optometry at target. I got an appointment same day and I quickly saw the optometrist. He is actually pretty awesone. Glad it didn't work out at Mezmer.

Great and speedy service! Went in for my eye appointment, got assisted within 5 to 10 minutes of sitting down. Eye exam was quick and simple, my prescription felt very accurate. I asked for my new prescription on paper and they handed it to me with no issue, only downside is that my insurance didn't have many different frame options lol (like 6) compared to my old optometrist. My own personal first experience with them, they've been very friendly! I hope things stay as good as they are now moving forward (other than the lack of frame options).

This place is a joke. I was assured over the phone that I would helped if I was here before 6:00 p.m., which I am, I've been here for 20 minutes knocking on the door trying to be seen. Thank you so much you're ridiculous ridiculous business for not only wasting my but my gas... Don't like liars. Won't be back.

I have no problem with the Doctor , however i have been very disappointed with the treatment and results of the staff . I purchased frames for $500.00 . When they broke , just above the lens in less tha 6 months they did take care of it but it took a few weeks . Then the rubber part of one arm fell off adt was lost . I took the glasses back and they ordered the part .After a m month went by i called several times and they had not got them in yet . So i went to the store about a week later and they said that they dont know who helped me because there was no order . So they ordered them and told me that the only come as a set , $35.00 . They finally got them in 6 weeks later . When i arrived at the store they only replaced the rubber tips . They said that they weren't covered under warranty because they were over a year old . I said that when they broke they were under a year old , " No Comment " . . I told them that i was very unhappy with the situation and that i would not be a returning patient . Then the staff worker said that she was sorry that i had felt that way .
