This company took my order then canceled it, explaining that they don’t sell to the general public. But there is nothing on their website or in the ordering process that prevented me from placing the order and them taking my credit card. The only reason I’m giving them two stars is because they did send me a nice note to explain what happened, but their process is fundamentally broken. I’m sure I’m not the first person who has been misled.

I have been a customer of Market Hatch for several years, and they have never disappointed yet! We order imprinted cataract surgical kits. Pricing is good, and their customer service reps are top notch!

Very unhappy with services. Company doesn't have products in stock! Stay away. take your business elsewhere.
