Gave them 2 Stars cause I'm feeling generous. I don't know the staff, they might be wonderful, but I have no intentions to meet a Specialist who has a sign on their door stating KNOCK, SIT & WAIT....OUTSIDE. It's about 98° outside and the humidity won't let you even breath. The patient that arrived before me is standing here completely soaked in sweat. Window blinds partially open. We can see her and she sees us but NO movement on their part. If it was a PCP (they don't make that much $) but an Eye Specialist, seriously? How cheap can you be? At least place cushions on them seats.

I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Silbert, an outstanding ophthalmologist who exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, Dr. Silbert's kindness and reassuring demeanor put me at ease. His staff was equally impressive, going above and beyond to secure a last-minute appointment for me. I was grateful for their professionalism and support. Dr. Silbert swiftly scheduled my surgery, demonstrating his commitment to timely care. The procedure was quick and seamless, thanks to his expertise and the efficient teamwork. I was pleasantly surprised by the speedy recovery. Dr. Silbert's attention to detail and post-operative care ensured a smooth healing process. I highly recommend Dr. Silbert for his exceptional care. His kindness, professionalism, and the supportive staff make him an outstanding choice. I am grateful for the positive experience and would trust Dr. Silbert for any future needs.

Although the Doctors are great, the staff is very irresponsible. I was told a few times the appointment is at 4:00pm and when I asked for earlier time perhaps 3:00 or 3:30pm I was told that the Doctor is very busy and can see me only at 4:00pm, then they called to remind me that it is at 4:00pm. After driving 45 min to the clinic I was declined by the lady at the reception desk, claiming they do not have appointments at 4:00pm. What a shame of a clinic to have great Doctors but really incompetent management. If for some reason you overbook, just simply call and I would gladly reschedule, but why have me drive for 45min and be denied. Shame!!!
