I LOVE DR FOSTER!! But the staff is ridiculously rude, they hang up on you, make you wait for the Simplest questions! Every time I need to see the Dr. it’s nearly impossibly even after having insurance! I can not stand a bad review for a great Dr. but he needs to do better at hiring just because they speak Spanish. They will ruin your business eventually. Customer service should be number 1. With out customers your business will drop your gonna get “let go” and they won’t need you any more once they realize. Take accountability for the mistakes that are being made!! Receptionist need more insurance training or assign 1 person to insurance that actually has knowledge on it!!

Never had an issue here. Dr Michael Foster has been perfect in his profession. Courteous, quick, professional, and accurate. The prices do fluctuate for the exam and I'm not sure why. I had an exam in 2020 and it was $50. I got out of an appointment last week and now it's $70.That's quite a jump. Is the inflation affecting vision care too? I would hate to go elsewhere but $20 bucks is $20 bucks. The staff is a little quirky but i can ignore that. As long as they get the job done and aren't rude.
