Horrible service since day one. My dad first came in for an evaluation due to a small injury he got on his eye. Because of this, the doctor did unnecessarily surgery and procedures to my dad which almost ruined my dad’s sight just to take advantage and over charge his private insurance. Thank God my dad got a second opinion from another doctor and turns out he didn’t need anything, the small injury healed on his own.

Horrible service, the staff especially the manager are very rude. They have their elderly patients waiting outside in the heat and if they need to use the restroom they are sent to the gas station. These doctors charge so much to insurance companies and they can't have a big enough waiting area for their patients and their support person to wait under the A/C. The manager treats patients very rudely and raises her voice to them that is not professional at all. I was advising the elderly patients who were waiting outside in the heat to report them to the BBB, and to leave a review on their page, when the manager heard me she tried to intimidate me by threatening me to call the police. I told her that I know my First Amendment right to freedom of speech, The Bill of Rights was written for a reason, TO PROTECT OUR RIGHTS!!! ESPECIALLY THE RIGHTS OF OUR CHILDREN AND ELDERLY, my Dad is a Veteran, he served this Country and NOBODY ESPECIALLY OUR VETERANS SHOULD NOT BE TREATED THAT WAY. The officer that was called was very understanding after I told him I had only told the other patients to voice their concerns and she tried to silence me saying I was not allowed to give them advice, she does not intimidate me and I am taking this to a higher authority GOD FORBID one of those patients get a stroke or something happens to them while they have them outside in the heat waiting FOR HOURS . They are walking lawsuits!!! Everybody complains about their horrible service, please do not go to this Doctor.

The office manager (Lydia) is very rude, she didn't let my husband use the restroom, I told her he would only use the restroom and step out, he is handicapped and I have to take him everywhere with me, he waits for me in the car since at this office only the patient is allowed inside. I drive from Encinal to Laredo for Doctor's appointments and never had this issue before, I cancelled my appointment and never going back. The rest of the staff and Doctor are super nice.
