Everyone at Doctor & Associates is very patient, kind and helpful. The assistants and Dr. Bautista are very thorough and take their time explaining everything. I needed help finding a retina specialist that would take my insurance and Dr. Bautista helped me with that at my annual appointment with no problem. I would highly recommend this practice.

Dr Bautista is very good I been going to him for the last 7 years or so. He is a bit rough on his bed side manners although today he finally listen and acted upon my concerns. His recommendation gives me hope for better vision. Thank you

The checking in process is somewhat slow, thus the 4 star rating. The doctor and his assistants are excellent! I definitely recommend them for these reasons!

Dr Bautista is a competent and caring professional who patiently examined my sister. He was direct about her challenges and explained all of it clearly and recommended appropriate follow up care.

Dr Batista and his staff were friendly, patient, competent and efficient! The exam was comprehensive and the quality of care excellent! The technology seems state of the art, and the staff seem well trained to use it. The hands on care was gentle and sensitive to patient’s needs. The administrative staff was courteous and welcoming. She was attuned to waiting room vibes.

My first appt w Michael. Very complete in his analysis and giving me the perspective for my first presenting floaters. I look forward to more of his care in my later seventies.

I can say enough positive things about Dr Bautista. He helped me get through an eye issue that brought a lot of concern & worry on my part and he was honest, clear and perhaps the most compassionate Doc I’ve seen in a very long time. Always reassuring & very clear in his instructions that guided me through and back to the eye health I had before the illness. Also, he’s the nicest guy ever. I found myself wishing he practiced every specialty so I could consult him for everything!!!

Both the staff, nurse and Opthalmologist were very accommodating, thorough, quick and professional. Thank you and I'll be back for sure . They also found a Rx mistakes made by a previous physician. I visited SightMD first time today and got treated by Dr. Bautista. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to answer all my questions. Provided a very thorough exam and explained everything clearly. Friendly, kind, and caring demeanor doctor. The staff were welcoming, professional, and efficient. Front desk lady, Van made me feel comfortable and was very helpful.
