Michael is helpful and sweet! I brought my own frames in, and because of my prescription, I was expecting a hefty price. Michael's prices were even better than department stores' and the service is top-notch. I got my lenses back in a matter of days. Definitely recommend!

I broke my glasses just as I was about to board the plane from Florida to Los Angeles. I googled the closest eye glass store and found Michael's Optical. Michael the owner was very nice, he expertly fixed my glasses for free very quickly. It's hard to find privately owned businesses these days. I like to support these businesses. If I lived in the Valley, I would definitely get my next glasses from here.

I got my glasses here a few months ago so this review is fairly delayed... But I must give a shout out to Veronica! I was pretty indecisive and walked around trying on all kinds of glasses (which I honestly would have found slightly annoying myself) but Veronica was just so helpful and pleasant throughout. She gave me a really good deal and I couldn't be happier with the frames I got. I agree with all the other great reviews. Great local business to get your specs from!
