Check in was easy, wait time was short. Whole visit went smooth. Dialation, imaging, waiting period and the shot. All done very efficiently by Dr Ward and staff. Dr Ward was attentive to my concerns, showed and explained the images and answered my questions.

Was in and out in less than an hour. My first time here, transferred from another practice where it usually took me 3 hours for them to do the exact same testing. Very efficient from what I’m used to. Sorry it took me so long to transfer.

The staff working there was efficient from the checking in at the door. Very informative and knowledgeable of their jobs. Dr. Ward and his Assistant treated me with care making sure I felt at ease with the procedure I was getting and let me know what to expect from it. Thank You Dr. Ward and the staff.

Dr. Ward saved my vision in my left eye, twice. He is a miracle man. Possibly he missed the 2nd retna tear the first time, but he fixed it like the 1st retna tear and it's all good for now. He is pleasant, knowledgeable, highly skilled, and attentive. Office staff are wonderful also.

I have been a patient of Doc Ward for many years and he is an amazing retina specialist. He always puts me at ease, explains everything and answers all my questions.

I can not give enough stars to rate Dr. Ward. After battling through two retina detachments requiring many surgeries and office visits sometimes every other day, I only have him to thank for still having my vision. As an IT professional and a long time volunteer firefighter, my eye issues could have been career ending and landed me on disability. His diagnostic persistence and surgical skills are top notch. I highly recommend Dr. Ward and the retina team at Chester County Eye Care.

All the staff are incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Both locations have staff that are wonderful. Dr Ward is exceptional as is his staff.

Exton office has very helpful staff and professional. Highly recommend Dr Ward as he is knowledgeable and thorough with ordering tests to be done. Will go over and explain what is going on. Takes time with his patients and is Calming and not coming across of being in a rush.

Dr. Ward's care has been excellent. Having a serious eye problem is inherently scary, and it's good to have a doctor you trust and have confidence in. So far I have been very pleased with his care, and the entire staff there has been friendly and courteous. Recommend highly.

Wait time was very reasonable, all exams, scans, and tests moved fluidly before meeting with Dr Ward. He is always kind and answers all questions without making you feel rushed. I have been a patient of his since 2017, and he continues to be considerate and respectful.

They are always so prompt at Chester County eyecare! You go from station to station for all your testing and the only wait is while your eyes are dilating. All staff are friendly and helpful and Dr Ward, who I’ve been seeing for years, is wonderful!

Although not the office that I generally visit my experience was quite good at this office as well. Everything ran on time and Dr Ward was his usual, punctual self, and explained my current condition in detail.

Dr. Ward himself was quite professional, very knowledgeable, and also personable: showed me the relevant pictures on the computer so that I could see what he was seeing; explained at least one misconception I had very ably but not condescendingly.
