My family and I have been coming to this Grand Prairie location for at least 20 years. Dr. Grace is wonderful, with an equally wonderful office staff and opticians. We highly recommend them!!

Office personnel were so considerate of my unexpected ripped contact lens. As a nurse I feel blessed to have people like Dr. Grace's office staff in this world.
Very nice place for glasses.
I wanted to give 5stars because Dr.Grace is Great and I trust him with my eyes. But the 2 ladies at the front desk today were not friendly at all. I could feel tension when I walked in the door. Ladies if your not happy it's obvious to your customers.

I went to Grace eye clinic about a week and a half ago and I was there just to update my prescription but towards the end of my appointment, the sales lady at the eyeglass area was making me extremely uncomfortable as if she was trying to force me to buy Buy a pair of glasses where I told her I was just there to update my prescription because I already bought another pair from another eyeglasses store. I kept saying no and that it’s OK. I don’t need it, but she kept egging me on to buy, and I just started to feel really uncomfortable and I can tell towards the end she was getting irritated that I wasn’t buying a pair of glasses from them. I didn’t get her name, she was a middle aged Mexican lady with glasses and black hair but she needs to go cause she was making me extremely uncomfortable, and I was feeling pressured
Very unhappy with the service, will not go back.

Went here a few years ago with a corneal abrasion. He proceeded, without asking or explaining, to do a full alcohol delamination of the epithelium. Took my eye three years to fully recover under the care of a proper opthalmologist. I'm sure he's perfectly fine w glasses, but don't let this dude directly touch your eyes.
They were quick and freindly! They were sort busy on the side where you pick your frames but they had great service and dr. Grace is really nice!
Do NOT waste your money at this place. They are not able to help to get the correct glasses. Im a
Assuming that the lady that keep interrupting the conversation I was having with staff is the office manager very condescending and rude.
