I had no complaints with overall exam and personnel.
Problem is my insurance paid and covered the bill.
It has almost been 6 months since eye exam.
Obviously nobody there seems to want to reimburse my $110 I had put out in advance to cover any co-pays

I had a pleasant visit, with a helpful staff. And was impressed with the very thorough exam and technology available. I would have scored 5 stars but was somewhat disappointed that my insurance covered so little. Thank you Dr. For your explanations and help.

Dr. Wong is the absolute best! If you have littles that need an exam he is fantastic with children no matter the age! Dr. Wong goes beyond the surface in an exam. He puts you at ease, he is into eye care and eye health. We’ve been going for some years now and service just gets better. He also has a growing team of assistants and workers, Aaron is awesome!
