Today, my wife and I had an appointment scheduled. This was scheduled months ago. This was confirmed with a confirmation reminder text from Mid Atlantic. This confirmation text, sent both of us to a website to confirm the appointment. Both my wife and I had to take time off of work to go to the appointment. We arrived 5 min early for our appointment. We were greeted with what I would call, poor customer service. The front desk personnel was on the phone with a patient and they were very rude to the person on the other line. When they addressed my wife and I they asked what we were there for. We answered with our appointment time and names. She replied, there are no doctors here. Looking bewildered, we said ok. After a few minutes of the front desk person looking at the computer, asked us if we wanted to reschedule for tomorrow or another date. There was no apology or apathy for what just happened. I stated, I know you don’t really want to hear it but this was confirmed to us days ago online. She stated “well it’s not us that does this, it’s another company”. Again no concern at all for this unfortunate instance created by this doctors office. I stated, “I would have been charged if I didn’t show up” and her response was “I don’t think we do that”. I’m pretty certain you do. I said we will call back to reschedule. To that statement, the customer service personnel, front desk gal, stated “ok”. I will not be returning to this office, just thought I’d share my frustration and bewilderment at what took place today. Hopefully this does not happen to other customers. This office will not be open long if it does. I think it’s wise for this customer service gal, who may be having a bad day, to pick another career. She is not made for customer service.

They removed my previous review! I waited an hour past my appointment time while three people who walked in after me got to go ahead!!! These people are horrible and now i will keep reposting until I recieve an apology!

I have no complaints. I am pleased with my doctor his staff that works alongside with him. He told me that I would see a big difference, and I do. Dr. Vahedi, Thank you and your team.
