Great doctor but had to wait two hours. Lots of employees. Unable to schedule follow up appointment. Unwilling to work with my teaching schedule. Please don't visit unless you have hours of free time.

My eye glasses and contacts vision exam went ok. Here I am 3 months later trying to get a copy of my prescription and haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone in 2 days. I requested a copy several weeks ago and didn’t get one, and I’ve tried calling the office several times since Monday morning and nobody picks up. Extremely unprofessional service and very frustrating since I need my prescription to get a new pair of glasses. I do not recommend them whatsoever. I used to go to Target optical and will be going back after this experience here.
