I have been trying for SEVERAL days to reschedule my daughter's appointment. I have left SEVERAL VMs - as all I can ever get is an answering machine.
I just called and left another VM telling them to cancel my upcoming appointment (I cancelled because I will not tolerate such horrible customer service)
