I had a great experience. Gave me back my faith in medical community. Doctor Cohen gained my trust within minutes of meeting him, which is so important to a patient and the healing process. Professional and caring staff. Not left waiting for long periods of time. I left actually looking forward to my surgery!

I was impressed to find that the front desk staff know my son by name. Very nice people.
I would like if the doctor would take a bit more time in explaining things. I feel like I have to pry out information sometimes. He's been doing a great job of handling a complex retinal detachment for my son though, and we greatly appreciate it.

Came in on 10/31/23 for a 6 months check-up. Front desk staff is extremely rude. No greetings, no acknowledgment, attitude is unacceptable. Previous staffs were way nicer and much more helpful.
