Excellent in all aspects, from check-in through check-out. Courteous staff and assistants. Dr. Charles is accommodating and has a calming attitude with answers to my questions. I appreciate his kindness and caring. It hasn't been easy finding doctors since our move 2 years ago from NY, I just wish I could make your office our PCP. I had a wonderful experience at Mid Florida Eye Center. Every staff member I encountered was courteous and efficient. The doctor thoroughly explained things, answered all my questions, and provided written information for me on various options should I opt for surgery. I am very happy with the service I received.
