The doctor is remarkable! Can’t say enough praise on her competence and sincerity. The stall are simply going through the motions like robots I would have given score of 5 but couldn’t believe staffs lack of interest in the customers.

Friendly staff for the most part. Overall good experience however when I was making my appointment for the next year and I asked for a specific date the scheduler told me it was not available. She offered me several other days and times but I explained I needed that day. Only after I asked if that date was available at another one of their locations did she check. ( It was by the way)…. I just thought it would’ve been nice for her to ask if I was ok with going to another office as an option instead of me having to ask them about it. it also would have been nice if someone had informed me before my appointment that my eyes were going to be dilated. Luckily, my husband came with me, but I would not have wanted to drive with dilated eyes.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Waiting area was clean and provided many places to sit and fill out paperwork. Dr Maizel was friendly and took the time to answer all my questions! Eye Glass Center which is located at this Center was very helpful. I would recommend this office
