I early and was checked in immediately. The two people out front were very kind and responsive. I only waited a few mintues before I was seen by the doctor. Had a great visit. No issues or concerns. Will share my experience with others.

My daughter and I both had appointments yesterday and everyone was great! Helpful and we didn't feel rushed at all. We will definitely be back for our eye care needs.

Dr. Xu was professional, courteous, and did an excellent job. She answered my questions very well and I felt took great care in her exam. I highly recommend her.

I love Mary and the gentleman who work in the office. I come to this specific location because of their hospitality and attention to detail. You can tell they truly love their work. The doctor is wonderful as well!

My experience with Dr. Xu was great! She is very nice. She took the time to show me the pictures of the inside of my eye and explained what everything was. It was a fast, nice, and informative visit.

I only have positive things to say about my experience at Target Optical at the Hilldale Mall. I've been a patient for a few years, for annual routine exams and picking frames (decent selection and quality, reasonably priced). Everything is done efficiently and professionally, screening tests by assistants, eye exam by the optometrist, checking coverage with insurer, and even help to select glasses frames and options for the lenses. I had about zero waiting time in the process, completed everything in a little less than one hour. Overall, I had a much better experience than at many independent optometrists' offices where I've been before.

Had an amazing experience with target optical. I called last minute for an apt and Brandi was awesome, she got my in last minute and help square away my insurance over the phone. When I arrived the staff was warm and welcoming and they took the time to help me pick out new frames despite being busy. I will absolutely return!

It was really great. I was great and has less than a 5 min wait. The doctor was informative and everything really went smoothly. Iwas given my information about what my insurance coverage was. It was really helpful.

Dr. Patel was great. She explained how my overall eyes look and what to expect in future and how to take care of them.

The exam was quick & simple. They had a variety of brand choices for frames, which I never knew was possible. Everyone was nice. I especially enjoyed listening to Mary. She lit up the whole room with happiness

Really great place to get an eye exam. I have a pretty busy schedule and was in and out in under an hour! Staff is friendly as well, would recommend.

They were super patient when I had insurance issues and had to call to settle that before my exam could begin and then the exam itself was super quick and efficient! I felt informed and enjoyed my visit overall :)

My mother, 102 yrs old, had her eye exam. Everyone was so kind and accommodating to her. I appreciate that the dr spoke loudly and clearly so she could hear & understand everything discussed.

Good experience. They were quick (without seeming rushed), professional, and they seemed to have newer equipment than other eye doctors I have visited in recent years. Everyone was nice to work with.

I appreciate the entire staff talking me through the process, what to expect, and answer any questions. They worked so that when I finished the exam, they were ready to work with me for lenses and my insurance.

The staff at the hilldale target optical were beyond fantastic! Brian helped me pick out some super cute frames, Taylor made my pre-appointment intake super quick and easy, and Doctor Germain worked super fast to get me in an out at lightening speed. I didn’t feel rushed at all, and everyone I talked to was very friendly and genuinely helpful!

Taylor was so patient with my son during his contact lens teaching appt. He was so encouraging and really took his time to give many tips and tricks for success.

Been a regular client of Target at Hilldale in Madison. Professional and easy to make an appointment. Very adept at figuring out insurance and if limited coverage, other discounts like AARP or AAA that apply. The Doctor provides a thorough examination with lots of feedback about what she's doing and why, with visual examples of whether my cataracts are growing and the prognosis going forward. While my prescription for glasses has stayed steady, it's slightly adjusted allowing me to update my glasses when needed with excellent advice, patient service, a very good selection with prices a large company like Target can provide -- all conveniently from the glasses department next to the exam room.
