I am a regular patient of Dr. Powelson now. This office offers the latest in technology (NO MORE AIR PUFF TEST! YES!) He is very thorough and matter of fact about his patient’s care. I love it! If they are not terribly busy of which they rarely are from the time you walk in you are immediately ushered into the exam process, meaning you won’t be in this office for hours on end. The staff is friendly and also very patient with their patients. 10 out of 10 I would recommend.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The drs have an excellent reputation so I called to make an appointment as a new patient. The person who took my call said I needed to text them my insurance info and then she would call me back and schedule an appointment. I texted her insurance info and she never called me back. 2 weeks later I called them again and the person on the phone made an appointment for me. The day before my appointment the office called me and said they didn’t have my insurance info and they needed that before I came for my appointment. I told her they already had it but I also gave info to her again. The next morning, a short time before my appointment they called me and said they don’t take my insurance. I canceled the appointment and now must find another eye doc after wasting over a month on this office. The docs may be great but I would call the admin staff incompetent.

Thursday July 20, 2023 Excellent service! My name is Jessica I came in with a prescription and just wanted to look at some glasses. I was greeted so friendly by the dr. Himself and also the staff. The dr treated me like I was the most important person there! Didn’t rush me and explain in detail everything concerning my glasses and the things concerning my vision better than the last place i visited I I will recommend this place to everyone now I am excited about getting my new glasses
