I was sent as an urgent referral from primary eye dr. She was very thorough with my exam and explained her findings in a way that I understood. She was very kind and knowledgeable. The office apologized many times for the wait. But they worked me in as a same day urgent appointment and did a lot of testing on my eyes. So the wait was a non issue for me but I appreciated that being acknowledged by the staff.

Check-in went well. Chris F. was very pleasant and knew what he was doing. I waited a short time and the exam started. Dr. Feilmeier is always fun to converse with and always answers my questions. Everyone was so nice and helpful!
