I am rating my appointment a 5. The wait was short. The staff were so friendly and Dr. Leach was just great; professional and caring. Listened to my concerns not trying to rush me. got there super early Friday morning 9 AM and did not have to wait too long only about 15 minutes got in the nurse who set everything up first did a great job and was very nice and very informative then I went and saw the optometrist and he looked at the chart and was very confident and helped out in checking my current prescription and looking towards the future on what I should be wearing which isn’t much different than what I have now it was also very informative on possibly trying out some contact lenses that may help me with my problem of bifocals I didn’t think that contacts could work with people who wear bifocals but apparently they have something that does that as well also he informed me that some contacts are mono vision which one lens sees far away and one lens sees up close and that some people that works for as well but some people it doesn’t work so well but if I come back that I can try some out for free to see how that works he was very nice and very informative about the whole process and what I could expect it was unfortunate the day that I went there that the part of the office was closed that actually sells the glasses and contacts and that I would have to come back next week when they are open sometime I’m not sure what the hours are wasn’t informed on that nor was I given an actual day to come back so who knows we’ll see what happens

Everyone was nice. The receptionist, the assistant and Dr leach. I had issues in the past and he showed some concern and went the extra mile to check on my past history. Clean environment and it smells great. Got me n the office as a new patient in less than a week. Thank you again
