I have been going to Midwest Eye Consultants for three going on four years. My experience there has been great, everyone is very nice and helpful, my wait time has always been less than 10 minutes to go in the back for my eye exam! I highly recommend coming here, if you are not already FIVE STAR ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Service has gone downhill at this place over the years. The whole experience was unpleasant from start to finish. Waiting time was extremely long. During the appointment, I overheard them loudly expressing their annoyance about the clients that were coming in for their appointments. Downright complaining about appointments THEY scheduled for the services THEY provide at the job THEY applied to work at. Then, I called to pick up my glasses and the lady that answered said we didn’t need to make an appointment to pick up glasses and that they would be open until 5pm on Friday. I show up after work at 4pm and they were closed. There was a lady who clearly saw us pulling up, locked the doors and then went back inside. I will absolutely not be going back. One of the most unprofessional places I’ve been.
