Place sucks! Made two appointments for my mother, only to get there and find out they can not see her due to her needing testing prior to a medical screening. What is the point of having chart notes and a patient profile???? And they try to blame it on a call center employee. What the heck. Train your staff properly!!!

We are so thankful for the great care my husband and I get from Dr Kyle Antos at Midwest Eye Consultants. Dr Antos helped me with treatment and a plan to manage uncomfortable dry eyes which has worked very well. This office runs so efficiently, always on time, and all the staff friendly and very helpful. Special shout out for Doug who is very patient and I would call “gifted” in assessing and trouble shooting my new lenses. It’s always difficult for me to adjust to changes, but Doug is always able to figure out and make them comfortable for me.
