Super slow, from checking in to exam prep, exam, billing, glasses selection, there is a huge wait period. They try to upsell every feature to make a pair of glasses many hundreds of dollars. I asked for less features since they were for my computer and phone readers only. They still pushed me into progressive lenses with extras that cost a few hundred dollars after insurance. They were not made correctly and were a nightmare to try and work. I could not read my phone at all. I gave time to adjust but they were not working at anything but creating headaches. They looked at them and said they were not made correctly and the focal point was wrong. Suggestion was to go to plain bifocal and I had to wait another 3-4 weeks for these. Now I ask for the huge Progressive charge to be refunded and I was to NO. They did not care that they didnt work, just that they got their money. I will never recommend this business or go back. I will tell as many people as possible that they are the worst place I have gone in my 50 years of wearing glasses.

Just went there today for my first visit. I was very happy with them. Everyone was very sweet and gracious. The doctor was nice and very thorough in his exam. The lady I talked with while choosing my frames was very patient with me and so nice while I was deciding on frames for 30 minutes. I will definitely use them again. PS...Pardon the username... My son must have went and changed it. (YIKES)
