Good doc, good asset, subpar customer service. Selection of glasses is decent, at best. Unless you are looking to get glasses that are completely covered by insurance. In which case, you're better off to get your prescription and Shop online. Or walk out of there looking like a goober. I'm cool on the bright blue leopard print. If you're a 70 year old female hipster, this is the place for you.

Very rude staff. My daughter already had her eye exam there and we went in to order glasses at a later date. There were no customers there at all but 3 employees. I was never greeted by anyone when I walked in. Went and picked out glasses and then took them to the register to order. The lady behind the counter seemed to be very bothered that I was there to spend money. After she looked all my info up and had a seriously horrible attitude the whole time, she informed me that I needed to schedule and appointment to order glasses. I just left and don't plan to ever come back. Someone needs to trane these people on how to treat cutlstomers.

After arriving to appointment at 5:20pm, the receptionist was eager to let me know that she had called 3 times earlier in the day to let me know the doctor left work early and they would need to reschedule. Mind you, this would have made the 3rd time we were rescheduled, and the caller never left a voicemail. I have had continued problems with this location and their customer service has grown horrible. When telling the receptionist that I would be taking my business elsewhere she just smugly smiled and said "ok" multiple times. Do not recommend!
