Always efficient and thorough work by the optometry team. I have to give a shout out to Ashley, she helped me pick out my new glasses, usually an hour + long task due to limitations with a previously broken nose. She understood my needs for proper fitting, and was quick to pick up on my personality to find me nothing but great options. Within 15 minutes I had tried on a half dozen pairs and found the one. She is truly impressive!

I've been going there for about 15 years and have never had a bad visit. Yesterday's 10/26/2023 Aprox 2:30 pm, I was there to pick up glasses. I signed in and had a seat while a lady was right there at the computer. I sat down. I saw and heard 3 young ladies laughing, talking, walking back and forth in the same little area. NO ONE WAITING BUT ME! After 30 minutes, I asked another receptionist if she could have the ladies over there to do more work and less talking. I was waited on, but the lady NEVER ASKED ME TO TRY MY GLASSES ON TO SEE IF THEY FIT RIGHT OR TO MEASURE THE LINES IN MY LENSES. She was nicely RUDE!!! AGAIN I SAY WORST VISIT EVER IN OVER 15 YEARS OR SO. NOTE I LOVE MY GLASSES BUT THE SERVISE WAS AWFUL. CONSIDERING CHANGING LOCATIONS!

I’ve never been a patient here, but when I came to pick up contacts for my wife they left me to sit in the waiting area instead of just handing me the box while they tended to glasses shoppers for over 40 minutes. Efficiency and courtesy is not a priority here. Should have been a 30 second stop.
