I took my son there a little over 3 weeks ago. I was told by the eye technician that our insurance plan didn’t cover glasses. I assured her it did and she said I would need to call my insurance. Which I did and they verified glasses were covered. Then my insurance had to call them to let them know. This all could have been avoided if the eye technician just called my insurance instead of me. We are now over 3 weeks I received a text that the glasses are in and to call for a fitting. I’ve called 9 times in 3 days and left 5 messages and haven’t received a call back to schedule the fitting. My son is getting very bad headaches and the glasses are paid for, but I can’t get a hold of anyone to pick them up. Absolutely awful customer service. This is my first and last time ever going here. No wonder they could get him in so quickly

The doctor is great.. Very nice and thorough. Optical tech, Flo, is terrible. She was racist, stereotypical and discriminatory. If you go be careful of her. I won’t be returning!!!

Seems as though they have a lot of new people that are doing the best they can. Expect to be there awhile. I will say eye exam was thero and everyone was very nice.
