Staff was great after we got past the poor check in desk...Mask up before entering... We Found Dr.Grace very knowledgeable and caring on young children..... BIG DOWNSIDE..... This is NOT a place for younger children. Waiting areas absolutely not set up for kids. Had my 5 yr old waiting 30minutes trying to sit in area with a largely elderly crowd---- not good, others with children experienced same issues. Building was extremely busy with parking full on both sides of building.

This place is the WORST. Why can't they schedule people in such a way that I don't have to be here for 4 to 5 hours a visit.. I live an hour and a half away, im diabetic I have pain from back surgery. So sitting is very painful after the first hour or 2. Because of my vision I am unable to drive myself here. I always get here 30 mnutes before my appointment and I confirm I'm coming in response to the email they send prior to. This is 100% avoidable of the can learn how to schedule appointments. This WILL BE my LAST VISIT

When I called to set up an appointment, the lady was not helpful and rude. Evidently, they have a backwards system. They can’t or won’t give me an appointment unless I tell them the name of the eye doctor I’d like to see. I told her I’m a new patient, any doctor would be fine, to which she replied: ”We have 25 doctors here. I can’t help you unless you give me the name of the doctor!” I will take my business somewhere else.
