I highly recommend Dr. Prevor-Wise from Mignone Medical Eye Care. She has been my eye Dr. for many years and has performed 2 very successful cataract surgeries. Dr. Prevor-Wise is caring, patient and explains all procedures in detail. She is an exceptional Dr. and a wonderful human being. The front desk receptionist is an incompetent individual. I clearly called for the Yonkers location.. why would you take all my information for an appointment and then tell me I will be seen in Mount Vernon and assume I’d be ok with that? If the Yonkers location isn’t available that’s something you say prior to booking the appointment to ensure the patient is ok with this. She was so disgustingly RUDE for absolutely no reason. I said I don’t want to go to Mount Vernon it’s too far for me and she replied it’s not too far and starts giving me directions lol. I don’t know who this woman thinks she is but she needs to get some training or find a new profession. The pandemic has clearly made people lose their minds and lose their sense of professionalism. SAD
