I had a great experience. This was my first time having my eyes tested. Receptionist was very efficient and helpful in getting me checked in. She took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure that I understood the next steps. Dr. Mikailian was incredibly thorough in his examination and made my experience a comfortable and pleasant one. He spent extra time explaining my results and making sure that I understood everything. My daughter suggested that I visit Dr Mikailian for a much needed eye exam. Based on her experience, I decided to give him a try. I was able to make an appointment within 3 days. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Dr Mikailian thoroughly explained the results of the variety of eye tests taken. He, in turn, examined my eyes for a prescription. This doctor took his time with me and answered any questions that I had. He is knowledgeable, friendly and personable. Would I recommend his services to my family and friends? Definitely.
