Miranda checked me in for my surgery. She really made me feel welcome. She was very professional, courteous and pleasant !!! I had a good experience.

*I have been seen here for my annual and medical botox since I moved to the area. The reception is spotless and always smilling, courteous. Recently I asked for photocopy of my history and they went beyond and printed them all, pages and pages, since I ve been coning for the last 6 years. Dr. Patel and his team is God sent, he listens to you, gives option for newer medication available. Thank you everyone from Milan Eye Center @ Buford Mall of Georgia

Had Cataract surgery. Was a patient at the Mall of Georgia location.The doctors and staff are very friendly, competent and professional. The procedure was very quick and painless and the follow up was very thorough. Would highly recommend.

It was a first visit for me after a kataract-patient friend recommended them to me. My biggest impression was that each and everyone I dealt with was very friendly, pleasant and helpful and that I was able to get an appointment the very same day. I plan to use them again when the need arises.

I recently visited Milan Eye Center for cataract surgery, and my experience has been exceptional from start to finish. From my very first appointment to the surgery itself and through each follow-up visit, I have been thoroughly pleased with the level of care, professionalism, and detailed explanations provided by the staff and doctors. The team at Milan Eye Center made sure I was informed and comfortable at every stage, answering all of my questions with patience and clarity. Dr. Patel was my surgeon, and I quickly learned that Milan Eye Center actually has several highly skilled doctors with the same surname, all known for their expertise and dedication. Dr. Patel’s approach to my treatment, including coordination with the hospital staff, was seamless, creating a smooth and reassuring experience. It’s been a month since my right eye surgery, and I can already notice significant improvement. I feel confident and optimistic about my upcoming surgery on the other eye, hoping for equally successful results. Overall, Milan Eye Center has provided a level of care that truly stands out. Their professionalism, along with the coordination and quality of service, has made this journey much easier and less intimidating. Great experience. Front desk personnel were pleasant and welcoming. Technician did all the test in a timely and efficient manner. Doctor's exam was quick and thorough. Everything explained with all questions answered. Will be back for future exams and care.

Was impressed with all the latest technology available at this location and its spaciousness. My appointment time was respected and I felt cared for as a person from the beginning in making the appointment and finally in meeting Dr Patel. He’s the kind of doctor you want to meet during your lifetime. Don’t let his youth fool you. He’s good Very Good. Hope the other locations have the same empathetic and respectful environment and Doctors like Dr Patel.

Great experience, great price 👍 too. Cannot complain 😌. Overall i was a little concerned about this whole new situation/experience ,but doctor needles a believed his name is. He did all sorts of tests on me to be sure before giving me a final diagnos. He truly does care for his patients. I will definitely recommend anyone to this facility.

I needed an appt asap as my toddler accidentally scratched my eye. They were able to get me in 30 minutes after my call! From the front desk to Dr. Patel every single person was so professional and friendly!! Seriously the most authentic and nice customer service all around. I will definitely be returning for all my needs as well as sharing with friends and family.

Everyone was super nice from the moment we walked in until we left, Crystal was amazing me and my daughter felt relieved, her warm approach with all the procedures and tests she was doing, the Doctor was also amazing, he listened to us, answered all our questions and concerns. We will be returning for sure!

I was working in the area from out of town and experiencing pain in my right eye. They fit me in as a walk in and took wonderful care of me. Everyone was kind and helpful with great attitudes.

First, the girls at the front were just delightful! The eighth was very efficient and performed her duties like an oiled wheel! Finally, Dr. Patel gave a thorough exam and was just precious! I will refer all of the occupants at my complex to him when I have the opportunity.

Dr. Patel performed an upper eyelid surgery on December 19. Phenomenal job. Staff did a great job of prepping me weeks before the surgery so when the day came, all went very well and smoothly. Recovery has also gone very well. I will be starting the new year fully healed. Thank you all! Great work.

I continue to be very pleased with Milan Eye Center (Mall of Georgia). The doctors and support staff are awesome! When I experienced some blurred vision, post-cataract surgery, Dr. Patel saw me quickly and set my mind at ease, explaining the cause was not serious and that it would likely resolve with the help of some medication. I have recommended this practice to a couple friends, as I plan on maintaining them as my eye care professionals.

I had an emergency visit today. The young man that did my test on the various machines was so soft spoken and made me feel so comfortable. He was amazing. He cared. I chose to do my annual there despite the distance. He was so knowledgeable and clear about each machine. He made me felt at ease. The doctor was thorough and concise. My eye doctor referred me to the Milan Eye Center. I didn’t think I would have had the most wonderful experience fromthe surgical coordinator, Courtney to Dr. Patel and his wonderful surgical staff. Dr. Patel’s surgical staff made me feel so comfortable before, during and of course after my cataract surgery. I highly recommend this eye center for all your eye care needs. It’s a whole lot better than the day that I came in, maybe by Thursday it will be all cleared up. It did take a whole day to get my prescription, I don’t know what happened …

My procedure was much easier than I had expected. The office staff took care of everything they needed from me right as I came in. Then a nurse. Came and took me back and told me what steps they would begin with and start getting me ready to begin the procedure. They dilated my eyes and once all of that preparation was done , they ca led me to do the procedure in the next room! It was so painless and quick! It didn’t take long at all! No pain and all was done and went home!

First surgery was a little worried about the process to be honest! Arrived the day of surgery and felt as if they knew it… all those feelings soon went away . The staff was so in tune and professional all threw the process and put me at ease … my experience from the ladies at front desk to surgical nurses to Dr Sagar Patel was an 11 out of 10 ..Couldn’t have been any better … Can’t wait for the other eye to be done ! Don’t want to leave out the surgical coordinator I had Decided to go with the upgraded lens at last minute she worked through it to change the lens that I wanted without having to move my surgical date great experience

I had a wonderful experience at Milan Eye Center. The front staff was so helpful and friendly. Nurse Jacob was outstanding and did all of the testing. He is so patient and kind. Then I saw Dr Vishal Patel. He far exceeded my expectations and I feel so comfortable with him taking care of my eye issue.

This visit was so pleasant. Everyone there made my mom feel very comfortable and at ease. They were understanding of the transportation issues with her being in a wheelchair and worked to schedule appointments as best for us.

They were very professional and calming during my eye procedure. Dr. Patel was wonderful and did a great job.

I have been going to Milen Eye Center for 10 years now. That is where my cataract surgery was preformed and it was great ! Now I needed Yag Capsulotomy on both eyes and knew it would still be Milen that I wanted to perform my surgery. Their staff is very confident, well trained and friendly to the patient. I strongly recommend MEC! You will be pleased with this choice.

Staff was friendly. Everyone was very professional. Doctors took time to answer all questions. The cataract procedures went smoothly for both eyes and the outcome is great. I have not seen this sharply and brightly for many, many years.

Only come here if you have time to waste. Waited in the lobby for 30 minutes past my appointment time only to be brought back to the room to wait another 40 minutes. Aside from the long wait, the visit was decent and the dr addressed the issue.
