I had a dry eye problem with my first cataract. Dr. Richheimer and his team all worked with me to alleviate my problem. They couldn't have been more thorough in testing and prescribing the right dry eye meds. I'm so confident in his expertise that I have just scheduled cataract surgery for my other eye. If I had a third eye, he'd be the one!

Had both my eyes done, cataract removal and new toric lens replaced. The cleanest, most efficient place ever. I cannot say enough good things about all the staff and Dr. Richeimer. They are the best❤️

I am so grateful that I was referred to the Mile High Eye Institute. The staff from the front desk to back office are all friendly and helpful and Dr. Huang is the best. He always takes the time to explain things and is very thorough, thoughtful, and kind. I seriously could not be more pleased with the care I have received there.

I had laser treatment for glaucoma on my right eye at Mile High Eye Institute, and the entire experience was excellent. Everyone was professional, friendly, and efficient. The reception staff was welcoming, the screening and testing were thorough, and the laser procedure was completed promptly. My follow-up eye pressure check was done right on schedule. I truly appreciated how well-organized the entire visit was. I highly recommend Mile High Eye Institute for outstanding eye care.

Mile High Eye Institute was the right place at the right time for me. I have no complaints. The surgeon and doctor, Dr. Richheimer, answered all questions, was confident in what we were going to do, and he was knowledgeable in Sjogren's autoimmune and how it affects the eyes and what I could do to prepare for my cataract surgery. I highly recommend them.

I have been coming here for many years and everyone is so kind and professional. The best RN is Geena. She is amazing and walks you through all the tests making sure you feel comfortable. Dr. Hudson explained everything easily while Stephanie took wonderful notes. Thank you all so much!

I went for my cataract evaluation today with Dr. Richheimer. WOW...what FANTASTIC team...all so welcoming and knowledgeable!! I am quite nervous about having any kind of surgery on my eyes...never had, and never thought I would need to, but my age finally caught up with my excellent eyesight. After today's appointment, I feel so comfortable. I was able to get on their schedule for next week. Mile High Eye Institute is definitely a 5 star top notch facility...so well organized. Everyone seems to love their jobs, and they go above and beyond to make you feel at ease. The MA, Michelle, did my initial testing, and she was a gem...so sweet, kind and very competent. We laughed a lot together. Next, I met Dr. R. and Araceli, who were both amazingly down to earth. Dr. R. was SO knowledgeable, and informed me of all my options. Both my husband and I trusted in his care immediately. Araceli was so efficient typing everything he said. At the end of our appointment, Dr. R. used his phone mic to update my referring optometrist, Dr. Tim James of Ken Caryl Vision...who is also the BEST. It was amazing to watch him dictate that summary of our visit so thoroughly and efficiently. I'm a pretty silly person, and joked quite a bit with Dr. R., and he has a great sense of humor, so we laughed a lot!! Next, I met the surgery scheduler, Danielle, who took us into an office to go over everything related to my upcoming surgery. She was incredibly helpful, and even went above our expectations to call my optometrist's office to schedule my post-op appt. She frequently asked us our preferred dates/times, and genuinely cared about us, and our schedule. After she told me that I would need to make a new portal for the paperwork for the surgical center, she noticed my dread, and she suggested I have the front desk print out the information from the appointment portal. She walked us out, and asked Raz to do that, and he jumped right on it, as he understood how much easier it would be for me to have the information in my hand as I filled out the new patient paperwork for the surgery center. He was so kind. After today's appt. with this fabulous and efficient team, I have very little anxiety about having this surgery done next week. This is the place to go for anything related to your vision!!!

I drove an hour and 20 minutes for my appointment and couldn’t be more happy I did! The staff was happy to answer all my questions and did a thorough job explaining every detail of my personal unique eye situation. The office and staff are very precessional. I have several Eye Centers within 20 minutes from my home, yet I would choose to drive to Mile High Eye Institute.

Excellent Care providers, staff all around super friendly great communication on appointments,care given n 10stars on doctor explanation of problems with my eyes immediately prescriptions as necessary! Never over A 30second wait after being checked into my appointment every appointment n ive had 3 to 4 appointments.. This was my first visit to MHRI and I was treated like I’ve been there before as a friend other than a patient. The way Doctors used to treat their patients, with care, kindness and patience. The techs were nice and friendly explaining their interactions not only with me but to the older patients in the office that were having trouble adjusting to the machines and getting situated. Dr Vest took the time to listen to my eye story which covered several years including cataract surgeries, a torn retina, a lens replacement after it had slipped, and now my triple vision . And after looking at the pictures they had taken and examining my eye and explaining my options in terms I could understand it was easy to make a decision on how to deal with my situation. Thanks and five stars to everyone at this office for making this appointment a very good experience.

Mile High Eye Institute provided a great experience in regards to my recent cataract consultation, subsequent surgery and follow- up appointments. The office was clean and the staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Richheimer consulted with me before my surgery and answered all my questions regarding the procedure. He was professional, knowledgeable and made sure I understood my options and the vision results I would have afterwards. There was no pressure to move to surgery until I was ready to do so. Dr. Graber performed the surgical follow-up appointments and was knowledgeable and approachable, as well. All in all, I had a comfortable experience with the staff and doctors I encountered and highly recommend this practice.

Mile High Eye Institute and Dr. Richheimer came highly recommended by my Optometrist. Both of my eyes had gone kaput and required Cataract surgery. At my initial consultation we went over the procedure and selected my lenses. After a thoughtful discussion we decided the Light Adjustable Lens would be best for me. The surgery on my left eye was last week. The entire team at MHEI made me feel so cared for and comfortable that any apprehension I had quickly disappeared. The surgery was quick and went perfectly, Dr. Richheimer was great… My right eye surgery is tomorrow and I can hardly wait to get it done. I highly recommend MHEI for your vision care.

I have been come here for many years and feel I’m getting great care. I had a cornea transplant over 15 years ago and have had a few rejections in the last five years or so Mile high Institute has always watched me very closely taking test comparing to previous test and everything has gotten back on track and under control. Just had cataract surgery on Thursday. It’s been less than 48 hours and I am thrilled. My vision is already dramatically improved. Colors are brighter. The world looks amazing. Couldn’t have went smoother. Dr Vest and team work great together. Very positive experience! If appt is at 6am you will be in line at door, we were a little concerned about how it would go, however no problems, the office personnel are very proficient at their jobs and Knew how to make it all go quickly and smoothly. 2nd cataract went great also. Only thing I could say is maybe have handicap automatic door for the surgery office. Many were confused if they should go upstairs because that was name of clinic.
