Was a customer for many years to Milford Eye Care. Spent tons of money on services and glasses. Became very good friends with a couple of the girls. One day I called the store and asked if my eyeglass order was ready, and was told no, that it wasn’t yet, and as I was saying “thank you, bye”, I was rudely hung up on, without the employee acknowledging me at all! I then receive a phone call saying all their calls are recorded, and that they will be listening to the tape very shortly. Well, 2 days later, I receive a call from an employee saying they listened to the tape and she did NOT hang up on me! Then, I was told that they would no longer be able to see me or my immediate family as patients in their office.
Have since gone to another Eye Doctor, and found out that Milford Eye Care had totally messed up my eyesight prescription for glasses and had misdiagnosed my contact lens prescription as well!
BEWARE!
