The nurse, attending doctor, & the doctor all performed the same test on me. 3 TIMES! I was told some information & sent to see a specialist. Well I just left the specialist & I received all the correct information. A lot of things that this doctor office told me was wrong information. Thankfully the specialist clarified everything & gave me the right information.

Dr. de La Cruz is excellent. Administrative support staff, however, is rude, incompetent, and uninformed on basic info and patient service issues. Surgical paperwork completed in ERROR and blamed surgery center staff.

Millennium Park Eye C enter is one place which is not to be missed by any visitor. Must visit on week-end to see lot of people enjoying. Good to visit in summer. Keep water and food stuff, specially if you visit with family and kids. Do enjoy!!
